Technical maintenance of commercial premises
In terms of technical maintenance of commercial premises we offer the following services:
- removal of the causes and effects of events on the venues of elements;
- taking action based on the application and then the reaction within the agreed time;
- work is carried out in the order and time limits laid down by category of reported events described in the contract.
Preventive service - service performed in the premises, which is not foreseen stationary (daily) operation. Service includes:
- regular monitoring of installations and equipment;
- performing the maintenance of installation and equipment;
- performing repairs and installation of equipment;
- performing the work locksmith, carpentry and general construction work fine.
This support applies to objects, installations and equipment, which the nature of work requires constant supervision of a team of employees located on site at the disposal of the Client.
We offer a range of work within the framework of preventive maintenance and removal of failures:
- review and current electricity installation servicing involving the removal of ongoing controls and the resulting defects, replacement sources light, minor repair of electrical equipment;
- current system maintenance of water installation (for example, repair of sanitary and fittings);
- current plumbing installation maintenance;
- operation and maintenance of air-conditioning and ventilation;
- current services of central heating;
- performing minor general work construction (for example, replenishment of gypsum plaster as a result of losses due to facility operation, gluing of carpet, filling crumbled grout in floors and walls, gluing ceramic tiles, performing minor work painting);
- performing minor carpentry work, designed to complement the resulting losses in furniture joinery (eg lack of hinges, door handles on cabinets, repair of damaged chairs, revolving);
- performing glazing works in emergencies with re-invoicing the costs of the subcontractor to the customer;
- execution of minor work of locksmith (for example, outsourcing copy keys, replacement locks and handles);
- overview and current repair of door and window joinery of all types (for example, control doors or windows);
- Where necessary, we report a failure to authorized and relevant departments (Waterworks, power plants, heating plants, the administrators of objects), our participation in the removal of faults and failures is 24 h.
